FAQ's

How do I get started?

Start by filling out my contact form here AND read through this FAQ page. From there, we'll set up a call and chat to ensure we are a good fit. 

How will we communicate during my project? 

You will be given access to Trello, a project management program. All messages will be streamlined there. However, if you need to schedule a time to communicate via Google Hangouts, Zoom or Skype, this can be done during the week between 6pm and 8pm CST. Please use my calendar link here to schedule. 

 

How do I submit payments?

Payments can be made via PayPal. Please note an initial deposit is required before services begin. If you are not able to submit your payments on time, please let me know before the payment is due. Please note, this may delay the completion timing of your project.

 

How many drafts and revisions do I receive?

While in the creative process, three rounds of revisions are allowed. After the included revisions, additional revisions will be $100 each.

 

What formats will I receive for my deliverables?

Logos are delivered in JPEG, PNG, PDF & EPS formats. Digital graphics are provided as JPEG or PNG, and are formatted and sized properly for use. Print-ready graphics are designed with the necessary bleed room.

 

Will you keep a copy of all of my files?

I do but I will create a Google Drive folder for all of your items.

 

Do you print deliverables?

I do not print any projects. However, I am familiar with a few local Milwaukee area printers and do provide items print-ready, which I have found beneficial to the client as you can print as many quantities you need at your convenience. If your preferred printing company has special instructions for their print jobs, please let me know before we begin design work.

 

Will you send me the fonts you used?

In short, no. I own the licenses to the font files I use in your project. However, if you’d like to purchase these fonts, just let me know and I can get that sorted for you!

 

Will you send me the editable design files?

These files are not included in the project. But if you do want them, let me know and I’ll create a separate invoice for the cost of these files.

I just need a _______ (logo, website etc.). Can you do that?

Of course, I can but I'm sure you need more than that! I'm happy to put together custom quotes for special projects
(note: investment minimum is $1,000).
